Cancellation – Refund Policy

The terms and conditions regarding the tickets purchased through csummitseries.com.tr are as follows.

• csummitseries.com.tr does not use printed/physical tickets. You do not need to purchase a printed ticket except for tickets purchased through the csummitseries.com.tr website using the csummitseries.com.tr payment infrastructure.
• Under normal circumstances, all sales are final and non-refundable. These terms and conditions are detailed in the Distance Sales Agreement. However, if the event is canceled by BYA Organizasyon Turizm ve Danışmanlık Ticaret Ltd. Şti., the ticket you have purchased will be refunded to you.
• It is not a refund condition to be late or not to fully participate in the event you have purchased for any personal or indirect reasons. However, in these and similar cases, the transfer of the ticket you have purchased to future sessions is entirely at the discretion of BYA Organization Tourism and Consultancy Trade Ltd. Şti. in case of appropriate conditions.
