About the Research

The “Top 50 Most Effective CHROs” list, compiled by BMI Business School in collaboration with DataExpert since 2016, targets “HR Leaders” who represent the human resources function at the highest level in their companies. Based on criteria determined by a Research Advisory Board composed of industry experts and academics, Türkiye's 50 Most Effective Human Resources Leaders, who stand out with their performance, are identified.

Research Criteria

• The survey includes executives who represent their respective functions at the highest level within their companies. (Candidates reporting to another executive in a higher position within the same function are excluded, excluding those in Global Management, Chairman of the Board, CEO, General Manager, Group President, etc.) In group companies, each senior functional manager from each company within the group has the right to participate separately.
• To be considered for the screening process, candidates must have worked in the relevant function at their current company for a minimum of one year and in their current position for a minimum of six months.
• Participation in the research is through a personalized research participation form. To request the application form, please contact info@csummitseries.com.
• Participation in the study is voluntary.
• Application forms received from candidates during the application period are reviewed by the Advisory Board.
• Each member of the Advisory Board has one vote.
• The 50 executives who receive the highest votes from the Research Advisory Board members are announced as the 50 Most Effective Functional Leaders.
